Our COMPATIBLE abutments are designed to fit perfectly with other systems and Instruments. There is a wide selection of abutments available, the interface of which can be selected according to the desired system.
We manufacture a wide selection of abutments of different sizes and diameters. We even offer personalized solutions for extraordinary cases! You can choose from nearly 50 types of geometries for plastic, zirconium, titanium and cobalt chromium-based dentures. We also provide implant heads for removable, screwed and adhesive dentures, as well as implant-level casting heads, temporary heads, gum-forming heads, prosthetic and CAD-CAM elements.
We use alloyed, high strength Grade 5 titanium for the production of our abutments, in accordance with the ISO 5832-4 ASTM F136 standard.
The titanium we use has exceptional biocompatibility, which is why it is almost entirely risk-free. We conform to the harmonized European Union laws when it comes to the design, manufacturing and quality control of our products. BIONIKA Medline Kft. is operated according to the EN ISO 9001 and the EN ISO 13485 quality management systems. Our products bear the CE mark, which is certified by TÜV Rheinland.
