The packaging is simple, practical, the colour codes are clear and the maneuverability is adequate during surgery.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_image_0 et_pb_image et_pb_module et_block_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bionika.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/scandrea-1.png\" title=\"SCANDREA Implant System\" alt=\"SCANDREA Implant System\" \/><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_inner_1 et_pb_row_inner et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_1 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"kep-szoveg\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The primer stability of the implant even in the case of D4 bone quality is adequate owing to these characteristics:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>the spiral screw thread has a  compressional type and its diameter is the widest in the middle of the implant<\/li>\n<li>cervical micro thread in the level of the cortical bone<\/li>\n<li>the diameter of the artificial thread core in the one-third of the neck is permanent, paralell , doesn\u2019t dilate and doesn\u2019t narrow unlike the spiral thread. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"kep-szoveg\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the insertion of the implant into the bone nest, the cervical narrowing , which is applied in other systems, doesn\u2019t ensure a gapless fixation between the implant core and the cortical bone in the healing phase. In the case of the SCANDREA this connection is gapless , thus the primer stability is significantly better.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_inner_2 et_pb_row_inner et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_2 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_8 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_image_1 et_pb_image et_pb_module et_block_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bionika.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/miskolci_4db.jpg\" title=\"Scandrea radiogram 1\" alt=\"Scandrea radiogram 1\" \/><\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_3 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_8 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"kep-szoveg\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Illustration:<\/strong>\u00a0Scandrea implants inserted next to each other<\/p>\n<p class=\"kep-szoveg\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The adequate cervical wall thickness of the implant properly ensures the underpinning of the soft tissues and is significantly resistant to mechanical stresses. The apical , the traumatic rounding off  is favorable in the case of closed sinus lift surgeries.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_inner_3 et_pb_row_inner et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_4 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"kep-szoveg\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The indexation is renewed besides the basic conical artificial-abutment connection: the hexagonal grooving , which requires less space ( similar as ANKYLOS, MIS C1), ensures easier maneuverability during surgery in the case of manual and mechanical positioning as well.
